    I suspected that rats ate the wiring in my 4runner so I cruised over to Cowboy Toyota to get a dealership diagnosis. I was greeted immediately upon arrival by Antonio and after a short explanation of the issue at hand he assured me that he would do everything in his power to get me back on the road! After a lengthy ordeal with my insurance company Antonio/his team were able to repair my vehicle and get me back in the saddle quickly. Antonio was very quick to respond to any questions/concerns I had whenever I reached out to inquire what was happening with my vehicle throughout the 2 week insurance ordeal. He was extremely thorough with every detail and provided a top notch experience in a nightmare of a situation! Antonio earned a customer in me and I look forward to doing business with him again in the future! BIG thanks to Antonio & Cowboy Toyota!

    Came in here for a 15K service on my 2022 Toyota Camry Hybrid. The location didn't have coffee available nor did they offer shuttle services, but they were really accurate with estimated timing for the service and they completed the work well with a few recommendations. I wanted to have a few extra things looked at on my car concerning audio, but they said I'd have to reschedule when their master technician was working. I walked through the sales floor and wasn't immediately approached, but I also wasn't intending to purchase. Probably wouldn't come back to this location however due to lack of amenities.

    SERVICE DEPT REVIEW Booked an appointment online 4 days ahead for an OIL CHANGE for my 2020 Tacoma. It is better to book an appointment than a walk-in, which I did a few months back for the same service. The wait time was the same (1 hour) but depends on how busy and what day it is. It is SOP for them to let you know the recommended maintenance or parts needed to be done on your vehicle. I
